The school day begins at 8.40am and ends at 3:10pm for EYFS, 3.15pm for KS1 and 3.20pm for KS2.
We offer wraparound childcare for all our pupils from 7.30am until 6.15pm.
Children can access Breakfast Club from 7.30pm where they are offered a range of foods. They are supervised until the 8.40am when they move to their classrooms.
School is open from 8.40am and the doors close at 8.50am in order for learning to start. Breaktime for all children is 10.30am-10.45am except for children in EYFS who access outdoor learning as part if their continuous provision.
Due to the size of the school, children have a staggered lunch hour as described below:
- EYFS 11.45am-12.45pm
- KS1 12.00pm-1.00pm
- Y3/4 12.15pm-1.15pm
- Y5/6 12.30pm-1.30pm
The school day finishes for EYFS at 3.10pm, at 3.15pm for KS1 and at 3:20 for KS2 Parents collect from the year group/classroom doors with teachers handing children to a familiar adult. The total weekly school hours for each phase is as follows:
- EYFS 32.5 hours
- KS1 32 hours and 55 minutes
- KS2 33 hours and 20 minutes
The school also offers after school club childcare where children can access a range of activities and are offered a snack. As is the case for breakfast club, parents are charged for this provision.
